Logistics Partners

• Orders are shipped through Sequel (SQL), BVC Logistics, or Brinks.

Insurance Coverage

• Every shipment is fully insured.
• In case of loss/mishap:
  → Refunds are processed only after the insurance company settles the claim.
  → Once cleared, Tiny Jewels refunds the product value.

Delivery Timelines

• Ready-to-ship products: 4–7 working days (India only)
• Made-to-order jewellery: 21 working days from production start
• Customised pieces: 21 working days after final design approval
• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 11 AM–6 PM IST (Sat–Sun & public holidays are non-working)
• Delays: If we cannot deliver within promised timelines, we will cancel, notify you, and refund to your original payment method.
• Express Delivery: WhatsApp us at 📞+91 9112020009 (subject to serviceability & design readiness).

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping above ₹15,000
• Flat ₹850 for orders below ₹15,000
• International shipping not available

Shipping Destinations & PIN Check

• Once order is placed, PIN code is verified with our courier partners.
• If serviceable → order is shipped.
• If not serviceable → order auto-cancelled & refund issued within 2–3 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• ❌ Not available pan-India
• ✅ Available only within 30 km of PIN 411007 (Pune) via hand delivery

Proof of Identity & Verification

• At delivery, our partners may request:
  • Valid government ID matching the order name
  • OTP verification + signature
• An authorised family member may collect if they present valid ID + OTP

Packaging & Safety

• Orders packed in Tiny Jewels signature box, sealed inside a tamper-proof courier bag
• If parcel looks open/tampered:
