BUYBACK POLICY

At Tiny Jewels, we understand jewellery is an investment. That’s why we offer a lifetime buyback policy for all purchases made through our website or Pune store (within India).

Eligibility

  • Buyback available after 13 months from date of purchase.
  • Jewellery must be returned with:
    β†’ Invoice
    β†’ Stamped Tiny Jewels certificate
    β†’ Original packaging/box
  • Customised/engraved pieces: Gold weight will be adjusted for a new ready-to-ship product or you may request a new customised design.
  • If the new piece costs more β†’ difference must be paid prior to order confirmation.

Valuation & Deductions

  • Calculated on Tiny Jewels daily gold rate benchmark (approval date).
  • Refund applies only to net gold weight as per certificate.
  • Excluded: making charges, stone charges, enamelling charges, GST, or other non-gold materials.
  • Discounts/free gifts given at purchase β†’ equivalent value will be deducted.
  • Gold value refunded does not include 3% GST, even when issued as credit note.

Refund Method

  • Credit Note (Store Credit) β†’ valid for 1 year, single-use, non-transferable, non-redeemable in cash.

Shipping & Charges

  • Flat β‚Ή850 one-way shipping charge borne by the customer.
  • If not approved for buyback β†’ return shipping cost also borne by the customer.

Quality Check

  • Customers must first share photos/videos of jewellery & certificate.
  • Jewellery must not be broken, damaged, repaired, or tampered with.
  • Buyback not applicable if:
    β†’ Jewellery has irreversible damage or breakage
    β†’ Jewellery altered/repaired outside Tiny Jewels
    β†’ Missing certificate
  • All pieces undergo strict QC before approval.
